What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts at just 24 pieces per style for ready-to-ship items. For custom orders, MOQ is typically 100-300 pieces depending on complexity. We're designed for small to medium buyers who want to test styles without heavy commitment.
How fast can you ship?
Ready-to-ship items ship within 48 hours. Made-to-order items take 7-15 business days for production. Custom OEM/ODM projects take 15-25 days after sample approval. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and sea freight.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We offer paid samples (deducted from your first bulk order). Sample turnaround is typically 3-7 business days. For custom projects, we provide 3D renders before physical sampling.
What materials do you use?
Our jewelry sets are made with brass or zinc alloy bases, featuring rhinestone, cubic zirconia, crystal, or pearl stones. Plating options include rhodium, 14K gold, rose gold, and silver. All materials are nickel-free and compliant with international standards.
Do you offer custom packaging and branding?
Absolutely. We provide custom packaging including branded boxes, pouches, display cards, and tags. Logo engraving on clasps is also available. Private label service is part of our OEM offering.
How do I pay and what are your terms?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. For new customers, we typically require 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipping. Established accounts can discuss credit terms.
