What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts at just 24 pieces per style for ready-to-ship items. For custom orders, MOQ varies by complexity — typically 100-300 pieces for basic customization (color/plating changes) and 500+ pieces for fully custom designs with new molds.
Can I mix different styles in one order?
Yes. You can mix different styles as long as each style meets its individual MOQ (typically 24 pcs). This means you can order 24 pcs of Style A + 24 pcs of Style B in a single shipment.
Is there a discount for larger orders?
Yes. Pricing is tiered based on quantity: standard pricing at MOQ level, 10-15% discount at 100+ pieces per style, and custom bulk pricing for orders above 500 pieces. We can provide a detailed quote based on your specific volume.
How do I place an order?
Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our inquiry form with your selected styles and quantities. We'll send a proforma invoice within 24 hours. After deposit payment, production begins immediately for made-to-order items, or we ship within 48 hours for ready-to-ship stock.
Can I order just one sample first?
Absolutely. We offer paid samples (typically $15-30 per set including shipping) which are deductible from your first bulk order. Sample turnaround is 3-7 business days. We recommend sampling 3-5 styles to compare quality and market-test.

What materials do you use?
Base metals: brass (premium) or zinc alloy (cost-effective). Stones: rhinestone, cubic zirconia (CZ), crystal, and pearl. Plating: rhodium, 14K gold, rose gold, silver. All materials are lead-free, nickel-free, and compliant with CPSIA and EU REACH standards.
What's the difference between rhinestone and CZ?
Rhinestone is glass-based, lighter, more affordable ($2-5/set wholesale), and ideal for fashion jewelry with high sparkle. CZ is lab-created crystal, heavier, more durable, closer to real diamond look ($4-12/set), and preferred for bridal and fine fashion. Both are excellent for different market segments.
How long does the plating last?
Standard electroplating lasts 6-12 months with regular wear. Our PVD plating option (available on select items) lasts 2-3 years. For retail, we recommend positioning as fashion jewelry with seasonal rotation, which aligns perfectly with customer buying cycles.
Do you do quality control before shipping?
Yes, every order goes through 3-stage QC: raw material inspection, in-production spot checks, and 100% final inspection before packing. We check for stone setting security, plating consistency, clasp function, and overall finish. QC photos are shared before shipment upon request.
Are your products nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All our jewelry is nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free. We comply with CPSIA (US), REACH (EU), and California Prop 65 requirements. Certificates of compliance are available upon request.
Shipping & Logistics

How fast can you ship?
Ready-to-ship items: within 48 hours of payment. Made-to-order: 7-15 business days production + 3-7 days shipping. Custom OEM/ODM: 15-25 days production after sample approval. All timelines exclude custom packaging lead time (add 3-5 days if applicable).
What shipping methods do you offer?
Express: DHL, FedEx, UPS (3-7 days, for orders under 50kg). Air freight: 5-10 days, cost-effective for 50-200kg orders. Sea freight: 25-40 days, best for large orders 200kg+. We handle all export documentation and can deliver DDP (door-to-door, duties paid) for US customers.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to 23+ countries including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and across Southeast Asia. US and Canada are our primary markets with the most streamlined logistics.
What are the typical shipping costs?
DHL Express: approximately $5-8/kg. Air freight: $3-5/kg. Sea freight: $0.50-1.50/kg. A typical order of 100 jewelry sets weighs about 3-5kg, so express shipping runs $15-40. We can provide exact shipping quotes with your order confirmation.
Custom & OEM/ODM

What customization options are available?
We offer: stone color changes, plating changes (rhodium/gold/rose gold/silver), base material selection, logo engraving on clasps, custom packaging (boxes, pouches, display cards, tags), and fully custom designs from your sketches or reference photos.
Can you create designs from our reference photos?
Yes. Send us reference images, sketches, or even competitor products. Our design team creates 3D renders within 3-5 business days for your approval. After rendering approval, we produce a physical sample in 5-7 days.
Do you sign NDAs for custom projects?
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) for custom projects. Your designs, specifications, and business information are kept strictly confidential. We have separate production lines for private label projects.
What is the process for a custom project?
Step 1: Brief — share your design/references, quantities, and timeline. Step 2: Render & Sample — we create 3D renders (3-5 days), then a physical sample (5-7 days). Step 3: Approval — review and refine until perfect. Step 4: Production — bulk production (15-25 days) with QC at every stage. Step 5: Delivery — packaged and shipped to your door.
Can you do custom packaging with our brand logo?
Yes, full private label packaging: custom printed boxes (any shape, any finish), velvet/satin pouches with logo, display cards, tags, stickers, and branded shopping bags. We have in-house packaging production so lead times are minimal. MOQ for custom packaging is typically 500 sets.
Payment & Trust

What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank wire transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For US customers, we also accept Wise (TransferWise) for lower fees. Credit cards via PayPal are accepted for sample orders.
What are your payment terms?
New customers: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping. Established accounts (3+ orders): 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. We can also work with Letters of Credit (L/C) for large orders above $10,000.
What certifications do you have?
We hold Sedex (ethical supply chain), BSCI (social compliance), and WCA (workplace conditions) certifications. Our products comply with CPSIA, REACH, and California Prop 65. All certifications are available for download on our About page.

Our family-owned factory was established in 1993 in Yiwu, China. That's 33 years of continuous jewelry manufacturing. We've served clients in 23+ countries across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
